Peyronie's Disease

This is purely physical and results in what is sometimes called colloquially 'Banana dick'. In this condition there is a pronounced curve to the erect penis, usually upwards though it can be lateral; it is caused by plaque growth and is treatable by surgery only. It cannot be helped with psychotherapy though it is possible that the individual with this problem might need to establish enough confidence that he is able to approach his doctor for help - and there, therapy can help. It is not dangerous but is the cause of physical and psychological discomfort.

The Answer
The only answer here is surgery as outlined above. The procedure is generally very successful.
